These terms apply to the Class Gift Orders app for Wix ("the app"), made by Adam Rowe ("we"). By installing the app on your Wix site, you agree to them. Contact: classgiftorders@fastmail.com.

The app

The app lets you take gift orders on your Wix site through an order box, and gives you a helpers' sheet, spreadsheets and labels for those orders. It is free. Payments are taken by Wix's own checkout under your agreement with Wix.

Your responsibilities

You decide what to sell, the prices, and the dates, and you are responsible for your shop, your customers and the orders you take.

You are responsible for the personal information your customers enter, including telling them how you use it (the order box shows your privacy note) and keeping downloaded spreadsheets and printouts safe.

Please check your setup before you open orders. The app includes a free test mode for this.

You must also follow Wix's own terms.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the app working well, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, as it depends on Wix's platform. We may update, change or stop the app. If we plan to stop it, we'll give notice on the App Market listing where we can.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using it, including lost orders, lost income or errors in orders, labels or printouts. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop using the app at any time by removing it from your site. Your orders stay in your Wix account.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
